Homework: 10/17 A, B, C 10/18 D, E

Today in class we learned about the history of the French and Indian War.  This was a follow up to the prior lesson which included primary source readings from the same time period.

Students who missed the class can view the PowerPoint below.

Students did not have homework today as their Columbus essay was due in class.

Homework 10/22 A & B, 10/23 C, D, & E

Life in the Colonies Today, we looked at life in the colonies.  Students need to complete and study this map: There will be a map quiz in the coming week - spelling will count. We also read from the text today in class for information on the 13 original colonies.  They needed to answer questions 1-4 on page 68, 1-4 on page 72 and questions 1-5 on page 77.  If students were absent, pictures of the pages are in the post below. Homework : Write a 3 paragraph summary of the 13 colonies (one paragraph for New England, one paragraph for the Middle colonies, and one paragraph for the Southern colonies).
